Terms and conditions: The packages includes a dining allocation of £29 per adult. Dinner for children staying in the room is not included.  Children’s meals will be charged in addition to the room account. Restaurant times are subject to availability and we recommend booking prior to arrival. The allocation can be used towards dinner only between 5.30pm and 9pm. The allocation cannot be used towards drinks or room service tray charge. Unused dinner allocation is non-refundable and non-transferable. Dinner allocation cannot be used towards any special events dinner options, including, but not limited to; Christmas party nights, Valentines, New Years, Rugby Hospitality. All add-ons, upgrades and supplements are chargeable. Rates are cancellable until 6pm the day prior to arrival. Room upgrades (if applicable) are strictly subject to availability and charged accordingly. Offer is also subject to availability.
